Testimonials

  • Dani immediately has a warm and welcoming presence. She is inquisitive and confident which makes for an excellent massage therapist! We worked mostly on my neck, upper back, and shoulders since they were feeling tense and tight for some time due to my workplace ergonomics. She utilized her hands, Gua Sha, and some silicone cupping; all of which felt effective and targeted to the complaints I arrived with. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Very lovely human and a positive experience!

  • Dani gives an incredible massage. I am also a massage therapist, so I’m particular about who works on me. But Dani’s approach really worked to calm my nervous system and relax my muscles. I particularly enjoyed how she easily incorporated cupping and gua sha into the session in a way that felt natural and easy to relax into. She had excellent attunement so she could tell when I needed something adjusted or different pressure. Dani’s massage was nourishing for my body and spirit.

  • Dani is fantastic. It is hard to put in words how well she takes care of me. She addresses the physical but also the nervous system and energy pathways. If you haven't paid her a visit, you should. It will end up helping more than you can imagine on many different levels. I can't recommend her enough.

  • When I worked with Dani, she was working out of a practice in Portland, OR but her work was so great, I wanted to leave a review for any folks who are curious about her in Troy!! Dani's style is regulating, with a good balance of deep and superficial work. Her integration of various tools (cups, gua sha) elevate the experience to something beyond a massage. I came in with a heavy heart and an achey body, and by the time i left, i felt energized and like i could move freely again. Her knowledge of anatomy shines through her work and makes her treatment-based sessions that much more effective. Her friendly and open-hearted way of interacting with others does something for the spirit and helped me feel safe; knowing all my bodies (energetic, physical, psychic) would be welcome during our time together. As a fellow LMT, i can attest to her potent work and highly recommend Dani for all your bodywork needs :)

My approach

I believe our bodies have an innate ability to heal when we are given the space to feel truly safe and supported. My approach to bodywork is both gentle and effective, meeting my clients where they are and honoring their unique needs.

I draw from a range of modalities, including CranioSacral, Therapy, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Cupping Therapy, Gua Sha (scraping), and Deep Tissue (when beneficial). I am currently deepening my skills in Craniosacral work through certification with the Upledger Institute.

Sessions are designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore a sense of balance. I focus on supporting not just the body, but the mind and spirit as well.
