1:1 Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga sessions with me are uniquely shaped to your specific body and needs. I work with people who have never stepped food onto a yoga mat, to ones that have been practice for 20+ years. All bodies and experience levels are welcome here. Whether you are working through an injury or are simply looking to find a greater sense of embodiment and connection to Self, these sessions are for you. Drawing from over a decade of experience in yoga teaching, massage therapy, and nervous system regulation, I create a calm, supportive space backed with a deep understanding and reverence for the human body.

While I love and welcome working with students of all kinds, my areas of expertise include:

  • Trauma-Informed Care

  • Neck/Shoulder injuries

  • Disordered Eating

What To Expect

  • A 15-minute consultation before your first session to understand your goals, physical needs, and preferences.

  • Each 75-minute session includes:

    • Breath-led, somatic movement

    • Nervous system awareness woven throughout

    • Hands-on adjustments (if desired)

    • Optional aromatherapy and grounding touch

    • A short check-in and closing integration

Investment

  • Single session: $95 / 75 minutes

  • Package of 3: $255 ($85/session)

  • Package of 5: $400 ($80/session)
