Join Dani Boltz, Embodiment Coach, Retreat Host , and Yoga Teacher for an afternoon of bone-deep nourishment in the coziest space where you will land fully in your body and step powerfully into the New Year.

You will be guided back to homeostasis within your system, removing areas of stuckness and anxiety through movement and sacred intention, preparing you for the beautiful year ahead.

You will be getting clear on how you want 2023 to look, and will be aligning your nervous system with your intention.

There will be yoga, workshop style discussion, acupuncture, massage, intention setting magic, nourishing snacks and drinks, and more. Think of this as a retreat built into one glorious afternoon in the most beautiful Northeast Portland studio.

FROM YOUR HOST

I created this workshop by weaving together the healing modalities and conversation points that continue to support me in regulating my nervous system and maintaining a deep connection to my truest essence. You are going to be able to take so much of what we do together home with you, adding to your self-care maintenance toolbox to support you through the year ahead (and for the rest of your life).

I believe that through the various embodiment practices I will be sharing with you—breathwork, yoga, acupuncture, massage, activating all our senses intentionally—there is an immense healing potential that lives within each of us. There is so much calm and peacefulness available to us most of the time. We just might need help remembering what it feels like.

I can’t wait to create the coziest space and help you return to yourself. See you in the studio!

DANI BOLTZ

Dani Boltz is an Embodiment Coach, Yoga Teacher, Retreat business owner, and intentional host at Northwest Montana Retreat , and soon to be Massage Therapist (in-training). She leads retreats around the world and is passionate about helping her people reconnect to their Truest Self and highest potential and live their calmest, coziest lives. The through-line in her work is truth speaking, creativity, embodiment, and beauty.

Emily (she/her) is an NCCAOM Board Certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist with a focus on chronic pain, orthopedics and sports medicine. She is recognized as a Top Acupuncturist in Portland by Portland Monthly in 2020. She has over five years of experience working in an integrative healthcare environment — including a sports medicine clinic, an interdisciplinary pain management clinic and a teaching clinic.

Molly-Grace Rea

As a professional dancer with over 20 years of experience in the dance world, Molly (she/her) has a deep understanding of injury management, rehab & prevention, hypermobility disorders and chronic pain, and has always found manual therapy to be an important component of supporting the moving body, mind-body connection and mental wellbeing.
