
Welcome to Excavation Week, sweet friend.
We’re getting right into it. If you’re here, you already know a lot of my personal story. I will be sharing a mini audio recording inside Module 3 for a more in-depth backstory, because knowing the in’s and out’s of how someone has shifted is a powerful tool is seeing what is possible for you.
Firstly, it’s natural human behavior to settle into what is, even the things that aren’t necessarily good for us. Picture the ugly lampshade in your house that has been there for years. You are so used to seeing it, to being around it, that it now goes almost completely unnoticed even though its far from the aesthetic you desire for yourself. This happens in all areas of life. So let’s take a look at the elements at play together.
This week is about looking at your life with a birds eyes view so you can begin to see your home, your career and financials, your relationships, your health (mental, emotional, and physical), and your habits from a place of newness and neutrality. We begin here. Hands in the dirt, sifting through what is happening in our current reality. What is working, and what is not.
LISTEN TO MODULE 1
You’re here because your Truest Self is asking for an up-leveled experience in life. One that is rich in nourishment, support, love, expansion, fill in the blank. But until you look at what is, and get radically transparent with yourself, you won’t know what needs shifting.
Hard things inevitably will come up. And I want you to be prepared for that. So as you move through this week I want you to try and plug in whatever support you have from your toolbox (which will grow through the entirety of this course), and place that into your day-to-day. Make space for yourself to see and feel and most importantly BE REAL.
Week 1 Practice
Each week you will have 5 days worth of deep-diving practice. If you need to adjust your off days just make sure you complete all 5 days worth fo work. I suggest taking 1 day a week to just be and integrate and live <3
Each day you will be focusing on one area of your life. If any of these don’t seem applicable and you’d like to replace it with another area, please do. Remember, this practice is for you so please discern what it is you need.
You will be taking each area through the journaling prompts below. Don’t question what comes up and don’t think about it too hard. Allow your Truest Self to come forward and share. If writing isn’t your jam, please record a voice note on your phone that you can save and return to again and again. If you do this, read the prompt out loud and then respond.
