LISTEN TO MODULE 6
Slow and steady wins the race. We’ve been moving slow, but also big. Do you feel this? I felt so resistant to run an 8 week course because I was so used to seeing other offerings out there that promised quick overnight mystical transformations and I felt like what I was offering seemed like a lifetime in comparison.
But over the years of personally investing in those overnight promises and never feeling a true integration, I knew that when it came to creating something transformational, I had to do what actually worked for me; a slow and steady momentum of small daily shifts that add up over time and create massive change.
The fact is, you’ve already taken action. In the way you’ve been writing in your journal daily. In the way you cleaned out your cluttered pantry. In the way you’ve been moving your body. In the way you’ve been doing things that your inner child is so happy about. In speaking in a more true way. There is an action element to all of the work you’ve already done, and this week is about creating more Patterned Action; developing your daily habits in an even more intentional way.
There are two different types of action. There’s action that you do once and you make room for the change (like applying for a new job). Then there’s action that is more long-standing (like taking a walk everyday). This week you will be combing both, and beginning your day looking through the lens of inspired action.

Week 6 Practice
If there is an action that you have been side-eyeing, maybe this is the week that you do it. Apply for the new job, have the conversation, do the habits that serve you and make you feel good each day, whatever it is, now is the time to do.
