Looking, unpacking, unveiling, connecting, speaking, doing, you’ve been busy.

Through this 8 week process you’ve been stripping things down and examining them with both a birds eye view and a microscope. There was a dumping at the beginning, and as we near the end, we are putting back only the truest most aligned findings.

Let’s break down some different types of reclamation:

I hope that this experience has been transformational for you in some way, and I know that although there were things in your life you were wanting to shift from the very beginning, there were also things you came in with that already were serving you. And it’s important to carry those things forward and to thank your Truest Self for speaking to you all along.

Reclaim these things in your life that have served you with a new sense of empowerment and choice. Freshen them up. Invite them back in with open arms.

Then there’s this new space you’ve created. There’s room for more. For the new partner, the new career, the new hobby, the new bedspread, the new favorite mug.

Reclaim this new space, and start to invite in the things you’ve been side-eyeing from your clearest, most aligned, open-hearted Truest Self. She’s ready.

Lastly, you need to reclaim the parts of this process that really moved you and supported you in this journey of becoming Fully Expressed. Find the pieces that you will take away and that will support you in the long run anytime you are at a crossroads. Was it the connection to your Inner Child? Was it navigating your Shadow? Was it spending more time in your Body?

This is about honoring the work you’ve put in throughout this course. You carved out a big chunk of time devoted to your own growth and healing and made a new commitment to yourself. You should feel so proud <3

Aside from the journaling prompts up above, dedicate this week to taking a long view of your life, and appreciate what this is going to look like for you moving forward.

As I’ve said a million times, profound change comes from the tiny actions you take daily. The journey IS your life. The through-line is your Truest Self. Let it be full and notice the beauty in your days this week.
