By integrating techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue work, Swedish, cupping therapy, and Gua Sha, this method helps release overall tension, improves circulation and mobility, and retrain postural habits and joints for more efficient movement. The result is a body that feels and functions better in daily life, fostering a deep sense of overall well-being. My approach is intuitive and trauma-informed—giving your body the space to unwind and find greater ease. I exclusively use organic massage oils infused with essential oils for all massage styles.
Functional Massage
For restoration and relaxation. Cozy in and fully unwind. A restorative, flowy massage weaving together gentle bodywork, essential oils, and heat therapy, guiding you into a state of deep rest and restoration. Here we will be working directly with your nervous system, addressing areas of both ease and dysfunction in the muscle tissue, to create more ease with movement in day-to-day activities. Leave feeling calm and reconnected to your body.
Restorative Massage
For immediate pain relief. Cupping is like a lifting sensation to your skins tissues rather than pushing and pressure. Gua Sha is a traditional healing technique that involves scraping a smooth-edged tool over the skin to promote circulation and release muscle tension. This session is a head to toe reset utilizing cupping therapy (option for fire cupping or silicone) and Gua Sha where I will customize your sessions to help relieve both chronic and acute pain. Therapeutic essential oils and CBD balm will be used to target pain and restore mobility.

I currently do not take insurance however am able to write you a super bill to send in to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

My treatment space is located at my home in about 6 miles from the town of Troy (up O’Brien Creek). At this point the treatment room is up a flight of stairs, so if climbing stairs is not an option for you exploring Mobile Massage (where I come to you) will be a better fit.
When you come to the property my hope is that you have a moment to retreat. Receive bodywork, use the wood-fired sauna, and sip some tea.

If you cancel 24 hours in advance you will receive a full-refund. A cancellation within the 24 hour window will not be refunded. I have limited space available offering bodywork and this policy helps protect my time and my livelihood.
